5. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns/Refunds Policy

We ship to addresses within the UK and internationally as specified on the Site. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Import Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees. WILDRING LTD is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs processing.

No Returns or Exchanges
As all items are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is defective or not as described. This policy is in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which do not require us to accept returns for personalised or bespoke items.

If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@wildring.studio, providing detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and, if appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Each ring is crafted to the size specified in your order. If the finished ring deviates by more than 1% from the intended internal diameter or circumference, as verified by our measurement process, WILDRING LTD will offer one free resizing service to correct the fit. This offer applies only where the deviation is due to manufacturing tolerance and not to measurement error, finger size changes, or incorrect sizing information provided at the time of order. The ring must be returned to us in its original condition for assessment. We will cover the cost of resizing and return shipping within the UK; international customers may be asked to contribute to return postage.
